Made with prime hake fillet

We source our fish sustainably from the deep waters of Alaska. Careful attention is paid to ensure all bones are removed and discernible pieces of hake then coated with a unique blend of potato, rice flour, buckwheat combined with a balanced assortment of spices. The product is then fried in sunflower oil and baked prior to nitrogen freezing to retain a subtle flavours when re-generated in the oven at home for your enjoyment.
