Prime, top-of-the-rib, mature beef delicately interleaved with pasta in a dairy-free béchamel sauce
A traditional lasagne combining a luxury dairy free béchamel sauce with egg free pasta leaves and minced beef with onions and carrots which have been gently fried. Assembly process is delicately controlled by hand beginning with a layer of beef, then béchamel sauce, couple of leaves of pasta, this is repeated again and finally béchamel sauce is napped on top of the dish prior to and placing and scattering red and green diced peppers – a true Artisan product repeated by Eureka Cove!
