Israeli inspired Shakshuka


  • Eureka cove beef Ragu (200g)
  • 2 medium size whole peppers
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat your frying pan on medium heat with the vegetable oil in.

Gently fry pepper strips for three minutes. Add wedges of tomato to peppers and continue to cook for a further two minutes.

Add the beef Ragu, then allow mix to simmer for 7 minutes. Crack the 2 eggs into frying pan and allow to cook until eggs are firm but not hard. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and enjoy!
